Dust off your leg warmers and get ready to move to the beat with Dina Dubrow, Certified Jazzercise Instructor and TBE member. With Dina, we can experience wellness in action and how to embrace activity to enhance our lives.  We will also hear from a fitness and nutrition coach who will speak on how healthy habits can safeguard our health, a breast cancer survivor, and learn about Sharsheret, a non-profit Jewish organization that provides support to women diagnosed with breast or ovarian cancer.
