This event reveals how Jewish delis became the cornerstone of American food culture. We will have a docent led tour of the exhibit at the Illinois Holocaust Musuem in Skokie. We will also partake in an Interactive Hologram Survivor Story Experience, followed by a boxed lunch from Max and Benny's Deli. Lunches include a deli sandwich, pickle, cole slaw, chips, bottled water and a chocolate brownie. Cost per person for this event is $36.
