Lucky Tables:                 Reserve a Lucky Table for up to 8 people for $54
                                         Must be purchased in advance – a limited number of Lucky Tables will be available

Bingo Cards:                  Purchase a Bingo Card Packet to participate in every game for $25
                                        Can be purchased in advance or at event – covers the minimum for all games

50/50 Raffle:                  Split the Pot drawing at event – 1 ticket $20, 3 tickets $50, 7 tickets $100
                                        Can be purchased in advance or at event – winners do NOT need to be present

Members:  Please be logged in before beginning this registration form. Many fields are required. If you skip a required field, you will be prompted to go back and complete these fields.  YOUR REGISTRATION IS NOT SUBMITTED UNTIL THE WORDS "Thank you for your submission" APPEAR ON YOUR SCREEN. Check your email to confirm that your registration has successfully submitted. 

If you need to add additional guests AFTER you have submitted your registration, please log back-in, start a NEW registration and select "I am adding guests to my previous registration".  Please be sure to add only the names of your NEW guests (Do not add names of people you already registered).  You may also purchase bingo cards and raffle tickets for your new guests.
Reserve a Lucky Table
Reserve your lucky table for you and your friends for an extra $54.
(8 people max per table).  A Limited number of Lucky Tables are available.
YOUR FRIENDS WHO WILL BE SITTING AT YOUR LUCKY TABLE MUST REGISTER FOR THE EVENT. YOU DO NOT NEED TO PROVIDE US WITH THE NAMES OF WHO WILL BE AT YOUR TABLE.
Purchase Bingo Card Packets in Advance

Save time and purchase your bingo cards in advance to play all 7 games! 

A Bingo card packet purchased in advance is $25 and includes:

​1 card for the first game = 1 CARD, 
3 cards EACH for games 2-5 = 12 CARDS 
6 cards EACH for games 6 & 7 = 12 CARDS

TOTAL = 25 Bingo Cards THIS IS THE BEST VALUE IF YOU WISH TO PLAY EVERY GAME.

Additional Bingo Cards purchased at the event are:

$1 for ​1 card for Game 1 - $1 for 1 CARD
$3 for 1 card EACH for games 2-5 = $12 for 4 CARDS 
$6 for 1 card EACH for games 6 & 7 = $12 for 2 CARDS
