For Shabbat Shuva, the Shabbat of re-turning, we bring a twist to our Shabbat morning experience as we engage in an hour-long sound meditation experience. 

Join us for a unique sonic experience intended to support you in processing stress and reaching deep states of relaxation.  Sit back, close your eyes, and be present as meditation facilitator Jay Taylor creates an immersive and evolving sound scape using crystal singing bowls, percussive instruments, native flute, and more.  No previous experience is required to participate and benefit from this experience.   

Please come with a yoga mat, blanket, or optional items that make lying on the ground comfortable.  We will have a limited number of chairs available for those for whom lying is not a possibility, yet we invite you to lay on the ground.  Wear comfortable (loose or stretchy) clothing.
