A Just Harvest is the largest community soup kitchen in the Chicago metro area. Volunteers from Temple Beth-El join together four times a year to help A Just Harvest feed those in need.

Volunteers (12 years and older) can choose to shop and/or deliver food, due to COVID-19 restrictions. If volunteering in person is not an option during the pandemic, donations to help pay for meals are also accepted. A Just Harvest is located at 7649 N Paulina St in Chicago, about a 45-minute drive from Northbrook.
