Join the Women of Temple Beth-El for an afternoon of good food, great company, and a fascinating dive into Chicago’s true crime history. We’ll begin with lunch at 12:00pm at The Continental, enjoying time together before heading to the Indian Trails Public Library for a special presentation, Murder, Mayhem and the Mob: Chicago’s Beer Wars. Local historian Clarence Goodman will uncover the gripping story of Al Capone, the mob, and their powerful influence on Chicago’s past during Prohibition.
