Shabbat Family Service
This one-hour service beginning at 7:00 pm, is directed toward families with elementary school age children and includes music (both guitar and singing), a story and blessings for children celebrating birthdays during the month. Our Shir Energy children's choir adds fun and excitement to our service as well as special guest participants. Usually held the third Friday of the month. Check our calendar for exact dates.
Family Holiday Service
Fun celebrations occur year long with a variety of activities, services and programs to excite young families and young at heart. During Sukkot we decorate our Temple's Sukkah and then enjoy dinner and family services together. On Simchat Torah we dance with the Torah and consecrate our new Kindergarten through 2nd grader students. Chanukah is celebrated each year in a variety of exciting and fun ways from storytellers to music programs and sometimes a Chanukah Chinese dinner. Purim would not be complete without our famous Purim carnival and musical Purim spiel.
